Have Questions? How do I find out what is covered by my warranty or whether I should file a claim? Your warranty is provided by your carrier or your phone manufacturer. Details can be found in your original packaging, but can also be obtained at your carrier location. Warranty covers malfunction and mechanical/electrical failure for a specific length of term. To find out specific information on the coverage for your carrier's handset protection program select their name from the drop down above.
How can I tell whether my phone is malfunctioning or damaged? Damage requires an incident, some kind of accident you remember. Malfunction occurs through no action of your own.
Can I make a claim any time of the day or night? You can start a claim 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our online claim form. Or give us a call Monday through Saturday, 8am through 9pm EST, Sunday 12pm through 9pm EST.
