How does this differ from a warranty extension?
We provide insurance. Unlike warranties we protect your handset against loss, theft or damage. Think about your car. If you were in an accident or if it were stolen you would call your insurance company for help rather than call your car's manufacturer for help through a warranty.

Are you a phone service provider? How do you work with carriers?
We're an insurance provider, not a phone carrier. Our handset protection program is similar to car insurance. Much like how your car insurer and car manufacturer are separate companies, we too are separate from wireless phone service carriers.
Isn't my phone covered by another form of insurance?
Not usually unless you have purchased a separate rider which lowers your deductible to where a replacement might be a logical option.
Why do I need to create a log-in and password?
We want to make sure we provide you the best customer service. If you create a log-in and password you will be able to view and make updates to your profile, review claims history information and much more. It is important you keep your profile up to date so we can provide you with accurate information regarding your account.
Can I add another handset to my policy after it is already set up?
