ATLANTA (July 2, 2008) – eSecuritel (
http://www.esecuritel.com) has announced two new partnerships that will expand its product suite for wireless carriers and their subscribers. This spring, the company finalized partnerships with United States Auto Club, Motoring Division Inc. (a Drive America company) , which offers roadside assistance programs, and FusionOne, a leading provider of handset data backup and restore services. These new partnerships propel eSecuritel’s rise as a technologically nimble, hands-on company with a customer service ethic that supports a comprehensive roster of carrier services.
Partnering with United States Auto Club, Motoring Division, Inc (USAC/MD) allows eSecuritel to offer its carriers and their subscribers a roadside assistance program from a company with one of the largest and best managed service networks in the country. The roadside assistance program offers wireless subscribers complete roadside assistance service, from towing to changing flat tires and aiding drivers who are locked out of their vehicles.
FusionOne is known for its innovative Mighty Backup program that manages and protects data and content stored on cell phones and other wireless devices, enabling subscribers to seamlessly backup a mobile phone’s address book, contacts, e-mails, text messages, photos, games and ring tones. Establishing a relationship with FusionOne is a natural extension for eSecuritel, giving carriers and subscribers the opportunity to replace not only the handset, but all of the important data stored on it.
eSecuritel CEO David Leach says that the new services underscore the company’s desire to provide the industry’s best and most thorough suite of solutions for an ever-growing wireless subscriber base that has increased reliance on mobile phones and devices. “As wireless technology matures, people are using their phones more and more to store important business and personal data,” he said. “If a phone is lost or stolen, replacing it can be an incredibly frustrating experience. Likewise if you lose your data or are stranded on the side of the road. These new services put us closer to providing complete peace of mind for wireless users.”
Leach continues, “We are very focused on offering essential solutions to carriers and their subscribers, and now this extends to roadside assistance and data back-up and restore.” In addition to roadside assistance and data back-up and restore, eSecuritel offers consumer handset protection for both pre-paid and post-pay programs and a handset protection program for business customers.
“We are very excited about our new partnership with eSecuritel, as we both share a common goal of providing customers with superior service, protection, and value.” says Thomas Boughton, President USAC/MD.
