Pocket, 3rd Largest Flat Rate Carrier, Expands eSecuritel’s National Reach
ATLANTA (June XX, 2008) –Texas-based Pocket Smart Wireless (http://www.pocket.com) has entered into an agreement with eSecuritel (www.esecuritel.com) to offer eSecuritel’s handset protection plan to Pocket’s growing wireless subscriber base. Pocket, headquartered in San Antonio, has a subscriber base of more than 275,000. With a coverage area that extends throughout southern Texas from Laredo to the Rio Grande Valley, Pocket is Texas’ fastest-growing flat-rate wireless company. The company’s distribution agreement with eSecuritel will advance eSecuritel’s ability to provide its acclaimed handset protection services to a broader range of consumers across the country.

The agreement with Pocket is the latest in a series of strategic alliances eSecuritel has forged in the wireless industry in recent months. In March, the company announced partnerships with The United States Auto Club and FusionOne to offer, respectively, roadside assistance and backup and restore programs. The addition of these programs boosts eSecuritel’s suite of services to meet wireless subscribers’ evolving needs in a rapidly expanding wireless marketplace.
