Weinman-Orth’s 9:15 am session, also on October 22, Train, Train – Did We Miss the Train?,  will examine the challenging climate faced within today’s call centers and the methods for assuring that representatives are trained adequately, monitored and coached effectively while maintaining high morale. More specifically, Weinman-Orth will reveal best practice approaches to achieving high quality customer satisfaction through a comprehensive program that relies on several key components including knowledge, ownership, respect and efficiency (KORE).
