Combined/Custom Fulfillment

In addition to the Advance Exchange model (we process the claim and ship the handset directly to your subscriber) and the In-Store model (we process the claim, but your personnel fulfill the claim in-store), we offer combined and custom programs as well.

Combined Model

In a combined model, your subscribers select either picking up a replacement handset at a local store location or having the handset shipped to them. This offers the most flexibility and convenience to your customers.

Custom Model

In a custom model, you may elect to utilize our proprietary technology HITS™ (Handset Issue Tracking System) and leverage our call center to record, adjudicate and track all subscriber claims while handling both the replacement and cost of the handset yourself.
 

A custom model can also include designing a program to channel certain customers to receive a replacement directly, while others are sent to the store for an upgrade based on their service contract date.
