- We map our data intelligence against your inventory to ensure consistency of terminology, models and features being used in tracking information.
- We maintain up-to-date inventories of all acceptable replacements for every model that you have in inventory.
With HITS robust reporting component, we track returns, reasons for claims, percentages that are beyond repair, and the yields that are produced from the repairable goods.
Features offered to help manage handsets include:
- Tracking of all outgoing shipments by XML integration with the shipper
- Tracking of all returns through XML integration from either the carrier's store or direct from your subscribers
- Including pre-labeled bubble pack inserts in the Direct-to-Consumer package for easy return of damaged products
- Triaging all claimed damaged products at our service facility, and determining if it makes economic sense to repair the product for reuse based on our quality metrics
