To file a claim for an incident that occurred before January 18, please call eSecuritel Customer Care at 877-751-3047. To file a claim for an incident that occurred after January 18, please call Asurion Customer Care at 855-309-8342.

Our low premiums are designed to provide coverage for anyone on a budget. Depending upon the make and model of your phone, your monthly premium will be $7. If you file an approved claim, you’ll also pay a one-time deductible when your replacement is authorized.

Will I Get the Same Phone for an Approved Claim?
