How do I set up or log in to my personal account?

Create or access your user profile by entering your phone number in Find Your Account below. Once entered, you'll be redirected to your phone provider's program portal. Click on the "log on" button on the top left menu. A pop up menu will appear with three options: Log On, Sign Up, or Forgot Password. Pick the button that's applicable to you.

What are your call center hours?

To speak with one of our customer care representatives, call us at any time Monday through Friday 8AM to Midnight ET, Saturday from 8 AM ET to 10PM ET and Sunday from Noon to 10 PM ET. Locate the customer care number dedicated to you by visiting your service provider's program portal.

How do I see my billing history or update my payment information?

To view your billing information or change your form of payment, login to your personal account and then click on "My Billing."

How do I cancel coverage?

Please contact our Customer Care Center to speak with one of our friendly representatives. Locate the customer care number dedicated to you by visiting your service provider’s program portal.
