Claim Overview

Ready to get your replacement device? We won’t keep you waiting. Call our support center at 844-201-6372 to get your claim resolved simply and efficiently. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3:

Step 1
Enroll Your Phone
If you purchased Mobilio Protection online, then you’re automatically enrolled.
If you purchased Mobilio Proection in a store, visit mobilioregistration.com and register your phone.
NOTE: You must be enrolled to file a claim. Please allow 48 hours for your account to be completed registered.
Step 2
File Your Claim
Call 844-201-6372 to file a claim.

Based on your program sign up date, once a claim has been approved, a low claim processing fee ranging from $50 to $189 (based on the device make and model being replaced) will be required. You won’t have to pay out of pocket. This amount will be subtracted from your reimbursement amount.
Keep in mind that you have 60 days from the time you file your claim to provide all required documentation and pay your deductible, or your claim will be forfeited.
Step 3
Return Your Damaged Device and Receive Your Gift Card
Return your damaged phone to us using the prepaid shipping information you’ll receive by email. Once we have your device, your reimbursement gift card will be promptly mailed to you.
Remember you’re limited to one claim per 12-month period.

    What does the program cover?

    Mobilio Protection covers accidental damage and malfunction. New and previously owned devices may be covered. Your store representative can verify coverage for your exact device prior to purchase.

    When can I enroll in Mobilio Protection?

    Purchase Mobilio Protection when you buy a phone online or at an authorized retailer.

    If you purchased Mobilio Protection online, then you’re automatically enrolled. If you purchased Mobilio Protection in a store, visit mobilioregistration.com and register your phone.

    NOTE: You must be enrolled to file a claim. Please allow 48 hours for your account to be completely registered.

    Please note that your handset must be fully operational at the time of program purchase in order to enroll.

    What will I receive for an approved claim?

    Most customers will receive a reimbursement. The reimbursement will be the device market value of your claimed device at the time we receive your unlocked and damaged device less the processing fee and any applicable taxes.

    Claims may be fulfilled via reimbursement or with new or reconditioned equipment at our sole discretion. Any new or reconditioned equipment will be of like kind and quality if the exact make, model, and/or color is not available.

    How many claims am I allowed?

    Mobilio Protection allows one replacement or reimbursement within the 12-month coverage term. The plan also allows up to $650.00 per claim.

    When do I file a claim?

    Coverage starts 30 days after the date that you purchased Mobilio Protection and lasts for 12 months. If your phone or device is accidentally damaged or malfunctioning, file a claim. You must file your claim within 30 days of the incident.

    How much does it cost?

    For customers enrolled before February 1, 2016

    A one-time fee of $39.99 for devices with a market value of $0.00 to $650.00 will be due at the time of purchase.

    If you file a claim, a Claim Processing Fee will be required. The Claim Processing Fee is based on the market value of your phone at the time of enrollment. The Claim Processing Fee is $50.00 for devices valued from $0.00 to $379.99 and $189.00 for devices valued from $380.00 to $650.00.

    For customers enrolled on or after February 1, 2016

    A one-time fee of $39.99 for devices with a market value of $0.00 to $650.00 will be due at the time of purchase.

    If you file a claim, a Claim Processing Fee will be required. The Claim Processing Fee is based on the market value of your phone at the time of enrollment. The Claim Processing Fee is $50.00 for devices valued from $0.00 to $379.99 and $189.00 for devices valued from $380.00 to $650.00.

    Will I be charged tax on this program?

    All program costs, charges, and fees are subject to applicable tax.

    How do I cancel?

    We give you freedom of choice with the option to cancel at any time. You may receive a refund according to applicable law. Call 888-588-4101 or cancel online at www.mobilioregistration.com.

    Do I need to disable the Find My iPhone app?

    Yes. Disable the Find My iPhone app before returning your damaged Apple device. If the device is received with the Find My iPhone app enabled, you may be charged an additional fee of up to $300.

Claims may be fulfilled with new or reconditioned equipment. Reconditioned equipment may have minor cosmetic flaws. Replacement of "accessories" may be with generic or non-original manufacturer accessories. If the exact model is not available, the replacement will be of like kind and quality. You are not required to purchase coverage to activate wireless service. This coverage may provide a duplicate of other sources of coverage. You may cancel at any time.

The Program is a replacement service provided to customers of Mobilio. The extended warranty service contract is provided and administered by eSecuritel Holdings, LLC.
